- What's the return policy?
Moroccan Sparrow wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase – so if something is not right, please let us know. we will happily exchange or refund you within 14 days from the date your item is delivered.
- What is are your return policy for carpets?
Sometimes, the only way to know if a carpet is perfect for your home, is to see it in your home!
If you purchase a carpet and it is not the right fit or just doesn’t look right, you may return it within 10 days but we do charge a 10% restocking fee.
Requirements to return a carpet:
1. Before returning product, please contact us at info@moroccansparrow.com for a return authorization and the correct return address for the item being returned.
2. A return estimate will be sent to the customer with all resulting fees, shipping charges shown clearly for the customer to approve.
3. Restocking charge is 10% for each carpet
4. Items shipped back to us without notification will be subject to an automatic 25% restocking charge on top of any other deductions.
5. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will issue a credit to your credit card within 5 - 7 business days.

We accept all major credit card Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, and Paypal.

- Who is Brown Sparrow (Brown Sparrow LLC) ?
Brown Sparrow is our parent company. They offer services ranging from brand development, website, and printing. Both Brown Sparrow and Morrocan Sparrow operate independently.
